The Espresso House’s owner was a member of the U.S. Airforce, and has passed on the core values to the business.

Customer Transparency:

    How does one deepen customer loyalty? By being transparent.

    To us, customer transparency means the customer sees every thing we do. No bulky machines and high topped counters blocking the sight of our drink preparation. Instead, the customer can see the process. All products are excellent, clean, organic, and traded at fair value. We strive to answer any questions the customer has, and only offer the best product available on the market.

    We believe that if a company won’t answer questions, then they are hiding something.
